Challenge

This is where a good idea starts being real.

You don’t need a curriculum binder. You don’t need a theology degree. You need six weeks, a few honest men, and 10 minutes a day. You’ve already read why this matters. Let’s talk about how it works.

What This Is

The 6-Week Challenge is a simple, guided way to do with other men what most men never do alone: actually change. It’s built around Vince D’Acchioli’s book The Man God Intended. One short reading a day, one short video a week, and one real conversation with guys who are in it with you.

No long-term commitment. No perfect attendance required. Just six weeks, start to finish.

How It Works

Get the Book.

Every man in your group needs his own copy of The Man God Intended.

Recruit your Group.

Find 3 to 5 men. Not a crowd — small enough that everyone actually talks, small enough that nobody can hide. A friend, a neighbor, a few guys from church. If you don’t know who to ask, ask anyway. Most men are waiting for someone else to go first.

Pick a Day, and a Place.

One day a week, same time, same place, for six weeks. A quiet coffee shop. A breakfast spot before work. A room at church. Anywhere men can talk without being rushed or overheard.

Read Day 1 through Day 7, on your own, during the week.

Each day’s reading takes 10 to 12 minutes. That’s it. Relax — this isn’t homework, it’s a short, honest read you can do with your coffee before anyone else in the house is up.

Watch the week’s Video.

At the end of every week, there’s a 12-minute video — short, direct, and built to spark honest conversation. Watch it alone before you meet, or pull it up together when you sit down as a group.

Meet on Day 7.

This is the whole point. Your group works through Day 7 together. You review what you read that week, answer a few life-application questions, journal your top takeaway, and write down one new commitment. This is where head knowledge turns into heart change. It’s not in the reading, it’s in the room.

Repeat for six weeks. That’s the entire Challenge.

Relax. Here’s What This Isn’t

This isn’t a Bible study you have to have answers for. It isn’t group therapy. Nobody’s grading your journal. 10 to 12 minutes a day, 1 meeting a week, 6 weeks. A man with a full-time job and a family can do this without rearranging his life.

The only real requirement is honesty. Show up, and actually say what’s true.

What Happens After Week Six

Most groups don’t stop at six weeks. They keep the table.

Round two: Same rhythm that just worked for you: a short daily reading, a weekly video, a Day 7 meeting, this time working through Vince’s follow-up book, The Great Exchange. If the first six weeks built trust, this is where it builds depth.

Then, if it keeps growing: think bigger than a table. A men’s group doesn’t have to stay a group of 3 to 5. One church in Colorado Springs started its men’s ministry as a weekly breakfast with 25 guys. Today, more than 400 men show up every week. Nobody plans for 400 on day one. It starts with a handful of men who kept showing up.

You don’t need to think about any of that today. Just finish the six weeks in front of you first… but it’s worth knowing where this can go.

Six weeks. A few guys. One book. Start this week.
