Hello everybody, Vince D'Acchioli here with another very special invitation. Last month we had our very first encounter event here in the mountains above Colorado Springs. We had some incredible feedback. There were about 40 men who attended, and they just thought it was a wonderful time of being able to get quiet and get alone and discover how to have a more intimate relationship with the Lord. Guys, we're living in some tough times, and there's never been a time in my lifetime where I believe it's been more important for us men to step up to the plate spiritually.
That's the reason why I designed this one-day event. Well, this year it's going to be a two-day event coming September 30th. We're going to do an all-day Friday from 7 to 7 at night, ending with an incredible time around the fire pit. And then we're going to have an option where you can spend the night. And even if you don't spend the night, if you're in the Colorado Springs area, it's less than a one-hour drive.
You can always drive up the next morning. But the overnight accommodations is going to be multiple men per room. You need to know that. If you're coming up just for the day on Friday, it's $25 and it includes dinner. If you want to spend the night, it's $90 for the whole two days, and it includes also breakfast the next day.
So I want to encourage you to consider that. Okay, consider those options and put that on your calendar. Now, it's going to be held again at the Dawn of Hope Ranch in Florissant. It's a wonderful place. The views from there are spectacular.
The facility is incredible. The surroundings, because you're going to take a lawn chair and you're going to go out there in the forest and be with the Lord for quite some time. We're going to give you some great instruction on the front end and allow you to go out and really spend some quality time with the Lord. The manual that we have for this event is really, you're going to, the manual alone is worth the price of admission. It's an incredible guide to help you get closer with our Lord.
But the beauty of this area is remarkable. We want to encourage you to take it all in. We're also going to have a special time Friday morning where we've got someone that's got an illustration with a horse. You're not going to want to miss. He is really a spiritual horse whisperer, and you're not going to want to miss that.
