On Target Institute Curriculum
Thank you for being a member of the On Target Institute!
Men, the very best way to experience MOT Curriculum is “one session at a time.” Each MOT session builds on the last session, thus experiencing these sessions in order is of great benefit to your steady growth to Become the Man God Intended.
Each module’s Overview Session gives you the 10,000 foot view of the content in the next 8 study topics. Each Study Session then unpacks these topics in much greater detail with Life Implication and Application to help you absorb and implement these practical principles in your daily life. Each module then is concluded with a Growth Keys Review Session that will bring together the key points of the module’s studies. Take your time with each session, allow the Lord to minister in your life and if you are in a small group going through this material allow the Lord to speak to and through you with the guys in your group. It is a great practice to start a journal to write down your impressions and answers to the Life Application questions that follow every session.
Coming soon – we are developing an optional hard copy printed MOT Handbook Manual for MOT 101 and MOT 201.
Always know that you can contact me directly with any questions.

Small Group Leader Training
Why This Training Matters
Leading a table well takes more than a good lesson plan — it means knowing what to do when the conversation doesn’t go the way you expected.
Every Table Leader eventually runs into a man who dominates the discussion and won’t let others speak, one who shuts down and won’t engage at all, or a conversation that drifts somewhere it shouldn’t go. Facilitation is a skill, not an instinct, and even experienced leaders benefit from a concrete plan for these moments instead of improvising in real time.
